You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Product manufactured and/or distributed by Us. We also have also rights/ or authorisation to use regarding all content (including images), specific layouts of the Website.
The Website can also offer information and marketing materials, both directly and/or through link to third parties websites in connection with the VioScore. We do not endorse any links, services, products offered by third parties and provide such content solely for convenience to you. We are not responsible nor liable for any damage that may result from your access to such websites. If you choose to use third parties links, you agree to do it at your risk.

8. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude nor limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful.

We aim to answer to complaint with a suitable solution within 5 days.
We do our best to ensure the continuity of our Product, however We will not be held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in accessing our services, in case of Force majeure.
